Meet Nicolle

Everything I’m researching online about recruiting says that people want to hear from a company’s employees to learn what what it’s like to work there.

I shot this 1-minute video of one of our missionaries* for the recruitment section of our website. It was the highlight of my day today in the office. It was a divine appointment as she was in the office for meetings and I asked if I could grab her for an idea I had.

I envisioned 4-5 of these “selfie-type”/videoing-this-on-my-own-phone-feel videos about what it’s like to work with our mission organisation.

She readily agreed and this was take #1! Meet Nicolle.
